ENROLLMENT
If you are interested in enrolling your child and have questions, please contact us using any method found in the CONTACT US section of our website, keep in mind we have a direct line for enrollment and appointments.
If you are new to the enrollment process, we are happy to walk you step by step.
Step 1. Look Around
If you are searching through many other childcare centers, don't be afraid to tell us. We understand how important it is to find the right care for your child. Location, teacher/child ration, programs, environment, price, and many more factors go into that important decision. We are very proud of our center and our work, but we know that we might not be the right fit for every child, which is why if you do not choose us, we would be very grateful if you would let us know of that decision and tell us how we can improve. We are always striving for improvement.
Step 2. Collect Information
One of the most important steps is to gather all the information and decide exactly what you want. Do you wish for a smaller domestic type of daycare or a designated school? Is a specific culture very important to your family? Daycares are very different and can offer different things. Search around and see which local centers match with your needs. A website is a good start, more detailed information is usually a phone call way, and a facebook page can tell a lot about a childcare center.
Step 3. Make an appointment
This is your chance to get a better feel of the center and the work it does. Walk around, see the rooms, and meet the teachers and the director. Outside is just as important as the inside, so make sure you look at the playground and ask about the territory. If there is any information you were unable to find on the website, now is the time to make sure you have everything covered. By the end of the appointment you should receive the document pack with information, application, and forms to fill out (you can download the same forms for our center on this page). Don't rush to fill out all the forms right then and there. The center might ask you to fill out an application on site, but it is not a contract unless you sign the agreement form.
*Please be advised, most centers cannot accommodate walk-ins because everyone is always at work, so it is important to make an appointment ahead of time for your visit so that you can receive full attention.
Step 4. Weight your decision
Once you see all the centers you are interested in and go over the information, it is time to make your decision. It won't be easy because it is a very important desision and you might have to call and come by the same center again to make sure you choose just the right one. Good Luck! Even if you don't choose us, we hope you will find the prefect place for your important little treasure.
FORMS
When filling out forms, make sure you read all the information, fill out every section, and sign every form (got to warn you, there are a lot of signatures to be made). If you are unable to print at home, you may request the documents mailed to you or pick them up directly from the center. All the documents must be submitted before or on the first day of enrollment.
